The dream was to create a truly international surfing museum, one that salutes surfing around the world, its pioneers, its culture and its evolution. The foundation of the museum is built from its memberships and their love for the spirit that is surfing.

They include, Hobie Alter historical exhibit, Simon Anderson “Father of the Thruster” exhibit, Surfing Walk of Fame exhibit, Duke Kahanamoku Shrine for the Father of Surfing, Huntington Beach Pier history exhibit, Women Who Surf dedicated to Rell Sunn exhibit, International Surf Teams’ ISA and Sands of the World exhibit, Surf Movie with Endless Summer camera exhibit, Surf Music with Dick Dale and Jim Fuller of Surfaris guitar exhibit and the Hole in the Wall gang with Gordon “Gordie” Duane and Nancy Katin exhibit.
