This 1951 Ford F-1 pickup channels classic American determination with its light metallic blue finish. A rebuilt 239ci flathead V8 with Edelbrock aluminum heads gives this F-1 authentic power. The engine sends its strength through a Borg Warner T5 5-speed manual transmission to a Currie 9-inch rear end with 3.70 gears and an Eaton Tru-Track differential. The front disc brakes provide enhanced stopping capability. Red's headers connect to Smithy's mufflers for a proper V8 sound. The suspension maintains its classic solid axle and leaf spring configuration both front and rear. Modern upgrades include new gauges displaying speed, fuel, oil pressure, water temperature, and voltage. A retro-style AM/FM/AUX stereo provides the soundtrack, while rubber mats cover the floors.
