Kowabunga Huntington Beach Van Car Show

Everyone loves a VW Bus, from the classic ’60s models to today’s all-electric Volkswagen ID. Buzz. Come down to the Huntington Beach Pier on June 2 and stroll through aisles of the vintage vans while snacking on treats from local eateries. It’s the perfect kickoff to the cross-country cruising season.

Huntington Beach Concours d’Elegance

Are you one to drool over one-of-a-kind rides dating from the early 20th century up to rare modern supercars? The 39th Annual Huntington Beach Concours d’Elegance is your chance to explore all the entries at this juried show. Located at Huntington Beach Central Park, wander the lawns on June 7th and 8th and drink in the very best show cars on the West Coast.

Celebrating Independence Day Loud and Proud

Where can you see vehicles of all shapes and sizes while waving a flag? At the biggest 4th of July parade and party west of the Mississippi. Classics, fire trucks, floats, and improbable clown cars might be spotted rolling around town while you indulge in cotton candy, hot dogs, street tacos, and ice cream cones.

The huge, high-energy day wraps up with fireworks at 8 pm over the beach! Perfection.

Huntington Beach Foodie Fest

It’s Friday and you can’t wait to get out of the house! Take the whole family down to 15744 Goldenwest Street in Huntington Beach and indulge in Foodie Fest! It’s happening three days over the summer, including June 6, July 11, and August 1.

Attendees are welcome to order supper at the food trucks, dance to tunes provided by DJ Julz, and shop at the artisan marketplace.

US Open of Surfing 2025

We are known as Surf City USA! Get in on the action and cheer for your favorite athletes at the US Open of Surfing right here on the beach just south of the Pier. This week-long festival runs from July 26 to August 3 and includes so much more than the competition.

The Beach Bar stage offers live music. There are yoga on the beach classes, art demos, surfing tips, food trucks, and an appearance from the X Games Vert Pro.

American Legion Post 133 Veterans Car Show

Gear up for some late summer fun at the HB Post 133 Car Show on August 10 at the Goldenwest Plaza. Now in its 3rd year, this juried show brings in hot rods from all over Orange County and up the coast. Support your local American Legion Post, thank them for their service, and wallow in a world of wheels for the day.

Surf City Surf Dog

Did you know that you can bring your pup down to swim in the ocean at Huntington Dog Beach all year round? If your pup loves to hop on your surfboard, you might want to enter them into the Surf City Surf Dog contest. Typically held in early September, it’s the perfect way to round out your summer of fun.
