Chevrolet Malibu
Rolling out later in 2021, the 2022 Chevrolet Malibu looks sharp bodywork and has good turbo power. Honda Civic

Hyundai Elantra 
This sedan comes in the standard, hybrid, and high-performance first-ever N versions.  The hybrid model provides an EPA-estimated 56 MPG on the highway and 53 MPG in the city from the 1.6-liter Gasoline Direct Injection 4-cylinder.  Plus, it has regenerative braking that converts energy when you stop or slow down into electric power that recharges the battery. The 2022 Hyundai Elantra N rolls out in the winter of 2021, with a turbo engine that provides 276 horsepower and has an 8-speed wet dual-clutch transmission and paddle shifters plus sport bucket seating.

Kia Stinger
When you want a sportier ride, the 2022 Kia Stinger obliges with an athletic exterior and a 3.3-liter Twin Turbo V6 that roars with 368 horsepower and 376 lb.-ft. of torque. You’ll get from 0 to 60 MPH in just 4.7 seconds. This beauty provides high performance and comfort while achieving 0-60 MPH in 4.7 seconds. This sportster has a standard suite of advanced driver-assisted technologies and heated leather seats in the front. Build yours with a wide power sunroof and a Harman Kardon® 15-speaker Premium Audio System.

Mazda3
By using top-quality materials and the latest tech, the Mazda3 feels far more expensive than its compact car designation would show. Expect responsive handling from its mighty 2.5-liter Turbo, delivering 250 hp and 320 lb-ft of torque. G-Vectoring Control Plus gives the driver enhanced stability and a smooth drive. The car can be started remotely with the MyMazda App. This sedan has the option for a 12-speaker premium audio system from Bose®. The 2021 Mazda3 also received the 2021 IIHS TOP SAFETY PICK+ award.

Nissan Altima
Coming soon is the midsize 2022 Nissan Altima, with its lower and longer profile that emphasizes its coupe-like aspirations. It impresses with up to 248 horsepower from its turbocharged 4-cylinder. Its ProPilot Assist offers a semi-autonomous drive that combines Steering Assist and Intelligent Cruise Control. 

Subaru Legacy
Even with its standard Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, the 2022 Subaru Legacy gets up to an EPA-estimated 35 highway MPG and 27 MPG in the city from its 2.5-liter 4-cylinder. Also available is a 2.4-liter turbo that reaches up to 260 horsepower and 277 lb.-ft. of torque.

Toyota Corolla 
You have the option of gas or hybrid. When you have a 1.8-liter 4-cylinder powering the 2022 Toyota Corolla Hybrid, you can expect up to an EPA-estimated 53 MPG in the city and 52 MPG on the highway. Define your drive with modes like Power for sportiness, Eco for fuel economy, and Normal for the best of both. While there is only one trim for the hybrid, there are eight choices from the gas version. The sedans have the Smart Key System with Push Button Start, an eight-inch audio touchscreen, and a suite of safety features.

Volkswagen Passat
Moving the 2022 Volkswagen Passat is a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder and 6-speed automatic that generates up to 174 horsepower. The spacious interior improves your visibility with an open cabin and slim door pillars. This sedan has standard on all models the remote start ability and a blind-spot monitor. The sporty car has driver assistance technology, and the Limited Edition has a hands-free easy-open trunk, plus the Fender® Premium Audio System.
