Roger’s Gardens Halloween Boutique

During the month of October Roger’s Garden undergoes a wicked transformation. Open daily from 9 am to 6 pm you and the family can step into a World of Magic & Mayhem at no cost. Inside the World of Magic & Mayhem, you and your family will stroll through the alleys to visit numerous shops. From books to “magical” potions there is something for everyone at the Halloween Boutique at Roger’s garden. On October 30 there will be a special Children’s Halloween Festival suitable for kids 1 to 10 years old. Crafts, activities, a parade, and trick or treating are some of the fun things you will find.

Old World Kinderfest

Kinderfest is the family version of Oktoberfest. Join them at Old World every Sunday through the month of October to take part in this great family activity. Parking is free and is provided on location. The cost to enter is $3 for kids 6 through 12 and $7 for anybody over the age of 13. Kids under 5 are admitted for free. At Kinderfest families can enjoy a variety of carnival games, a bouncy house, face painting, dancing with DoDo the Chicken, and dog races. While the kids are busy adults can enjoy a great selection of German beer and sausages from a new menu.

Fall Faire and Pumpkin Patch

On Sunday, October 15, 2017, from 10 am to 3 pm you can go to the Environmental Nature Center in Newport Beach for a fun family filled day. The cost to get into the Fall Faire and pumpkin patch are free, but the activities inside will vary in cost. The Fall Faire and Pumpkin Patch have been a tradition since 1977 and all proceeds raised benefit the environmental education programs. Face painters and Henna tattoo artists will be on hand. Other activities include a petting zoo, pony rides, crafts, dancing, and games. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from several restaurant sponsors, including Pie Not, Blue Water Grill, Haute Cakes, and many more.
